Coming to Speak or Treat costs nothing, and lunch stays flexible. Lunch and networking start at 12:00, right after the morning sessions, and run until the afternoon speaker sessions at 1:00. See the full schedule.
Prepay if you want it handled. A prepaid lunch settles it ahead of time so the break is for talking to people. Buy from vendors if you want to support local business. Food vendors keep 100% of their sales, so your lunch money goes straight to them. Bring your own if you want to stay flexible. Eat on your own schedule and use the rest of the break to network.
Lunch is the best time to meet other leaders. Sit with someone you do not know. Ask what their team is dealing with this year. Find the speakers whose sessions you want to follow up with. Check who the day brings in on the who should attend page.
