At the Izaak Walton League Lodge, 20400 Darden Rd, South Bend, Indiana 46637. Your free ticket arrives by email with directions.

When is it?

Saturday, October 31, 2026. Doors open at 8 AM for check-in, the day starts at 9 AM with the keynote, and it wraps at 5 PM, so you're home in time for trick-or-treat.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Every ticket is free. Seats are very limited, so reserve yours early.

Who should come?

Principals, teachers, superintendents, business owners, HR and team leaders, nonprofit and church leaders, and speakers and coaches from across Michiana.

I'm not in South Bend. Is it worth the drive?

Yes. It's a short drive from Mishawaka, Granger, Elkhart, Osceola, Goshen, Plymouth, LaPorte and Niles, Michigan.

Can I bring my team?

Yes. Every ticket is free, so bring your admin team, department heads or managers. Each person reserves their own seat.

Is lunch included?

Lunch is your call: an optional prepaid lunch, the food vendors onsite, or bring your own.
